Renae Myhill is a long-time yoga practitioner who has also trained in hypnosis and has an interest in Buddhist philosophy. Dr Renae Myhill, is also a General Practitioner with a special interest in mental health.  

Renae has designed three easy and guided hypnotherapeutic meditations, each designed for you to better manage stress and tension as well as create stillness and calmness in the mind. Hypnosis practice can change subconscious belief systems.
